Matcha-Berry FroYo

Making your own frozen yogurt is as easy as 3 ingredients--frozen fruit, Greek yogurt and nut milk of choice. You can even be extra and add a scoop of matcha and protein powder to take it to the next level. And if you were wondering if you need an ice cream maker or some kind of gadget to make this, the answer is no. I'm all about practicality and having more kitchen counter space--anyone else? 



{Makes 1 healthy serving}


1c of frozen mixed berries (I really like cherries so I picked out extra!)

2TBS of Plain Greek Yogurt (option to use vanilla or any other fruit flavor)

1/4c coconut milk (more or less depending on the consistency you prefer)

1 scoop About Time birthday cake protein powder 

1TBS Matcha powder


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well. Add more or less coconut milk depending on the consistency of froyo you prefer. The more coconut milk added, the softer it will be. If froyo becomes too soft, you can always place in the freezer to firm it up. 

Enjoy this as snack or dessert. You can even make this a breakfast delight and top it with your fave granola.
