5 Ingredient Pumpkin Pie Frappuccino
Pumpkin season is here! And to be honest I started in Sept as soon canned pumpkin hit the shelves and I couldn't be happier about enjoying all pumpkin everything since. I've gone through at least 6 cans of pumpkin already and of all the pumpkin recipes I have whipped up so far, this one is my favorite. So skip the long line at Starbucks and make yourself (and your family) this quick and nutritious pumpkin pie Frappuccino!
PUMPKIN PIE FRAPPUCCINO RECIPE
3/4C Califia Farms Black and White Cold Brew
3TBS canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
1TSP pumpkin pie spice
1 scoop About Time vanilla whey protein powder
1 handful of ice
*optional natural sweetener of choice like honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar
Add all ingredients to a blender until well blended. Top with extra pumpkin pie spice.
