MOVE IT Monday

Mondays. There are so many reasons to love them yet they get such a bad rap. Let's review some of those common Monday loathing phrases:

Okay, maybe not those exactly (they were good though, right?) but you definitely hear the overly used, Mondays Suck. 

At one point, I was queen of the Monday hater club but over the last few months Monday's took on a whole new meaning for me. My attitude towards Mondays is something a bit more like this: 

I really mean that. Dictate the outcome of your week by setting the tone every single Monday--a new week means endless possibilities! 

Tomorrow don't hit snooze. Pop right out of bed and say "Dear Monday, you are my new favorite day of the week". Then I want you to follow that mantra with a work out--get those endorphins going! Own that morning workout so you can spend the rest of the week trying to top it and hit new workout records. Working out first thing in the morning will also help you make better food choices through out the day which in turn will provide your body with the nutrition it needs to function efficiently. Come lunch you'll be mindful of the time you spent in the gym hours earlier and instead of reaching for that second slice of pizza you'll add a second helping of veggies or salad to your plate. Remember small things amount to great things, it all counts!

Bottom line, kill it on Monday so you don't have to play catch up the rest of the week.
