I would say my ratio to actually want to train is about 80:20, which are pretty good odds. I do have those days where that 20% of "ugh, do I have to" kicks in and I turn to others to get the fuel I need to light the inner flame and slay the day's training. But there are also days where I look within and remind myself of how far I've come.
30 is becoming a year of "firsts" for me. I have a planned Triathlon in October--it has been 9 months in the making...or knowing. Now I have a half marathon in September which is less than a month away.
